John W. King of Tucson, Arizona, age 74, died March 8. He was born and reared in the Veedersburg area, moving from there in 1960.

  Surviving are the widow, Marie L.; two daughters, Rita D. Kay of Akron, Ohio, and Peggy Eggerth of Salem, Oregon; four sons, Richard W. of Bloomingdale, J. Ted of Rockville, Don C. of Tucson and Gary T. of San Ramon, California; a brother, Oscar W. of Bloomingdale; seven sisters, Verna King, Vera Hines, Irene Wayman, Maxine Vonlinger and Billie Kegley, all of Danville, Illinois, Iva Byroad of Covington and Patricia Goodwin of New York City; 20 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
